It was not easy to find roofers who know how to work on standing-seam metal roof. It took us couple of months to interview the roofers, to screen, and to analyze the quotes we received. Extremely responsive from getting an estimate, replacing the roof, to follow-up questions, and final walk through. Fantastic job from quote to completion. Robert understood what we wanted and clearly explained what needed to be done. I met with multiple contractors to get a small area of my home (what used to be an outside patio) re-roofed. Of all the contractors, Robert was to the point and seemed to read our minds to give us a quality roof and interior work to our satisfaction. His pricing was great for the quality of his work.

Just a couple of weeks ago I hired RT Roofing Specialist Inc to repair my tile roof. They did a fantastic job! They were timely and efficient. My husband and I are so thrilled with them. During the rain before I even paid them a dime, they knew we had some very bad leaks and the owner (Robert) himself came out and covered the roof. We are very impressed and highly recommend them. Robert did an excellent job at a reasonable rate when we needed to have our roof weatherized after the installation of a roof exhaust system at our 75,000 square-foot facility in Poway, CA. He was very courteous and professional and the work was done on time and when promised.

Robert explained the processes and schedule before starting. Everything went according to plan including delivery of skylights from Orange County. The skylights brightened it up so much we are constantly looking for the light switches thinking that we left a light on! We only wish we had done the repair and skylights a long time ago. While we will not know if the roof repair fixed all the leaks until the next heavy rain, I have confidence and trust that Robert and RT Roofing Specialist Inc will take care of any issues.

We had a great experience! Robert came out within a few days of my initial call to do an estimate, did an estimate on the spot, and the price was right. He went over options with me and answered my questions. The time between the initial estimate and completion of the work was 5 days (this includes a two-day weekend). He came out on a Friday, the job was mostly done on Tuesday and finishing touches done on Wednesday). They came out in the rain to make sure it was done. Great job guys!
